Hello. Yesterday was a bad day. After school we had badminton again. And we trained like idiots. The coach made us do so many lunges(?) and squats. Till now i'm having muscle ache. Cannot even walk down the staircase properly. Haiyo. Lol. And Vanessa had a clean mind today O: She was not sick at all today and that made me sad... Hahaha.

Today was okay. Didn't bother going for badminton cause of the pain from yesterday. And nothing much more..
